365-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee on eligible products under the following conditions:
- Return & Inspection: Products and packaging must be returned for inspection. If the item meets the guarantee policy, a full refund will be issued.
- Condition: Significant damage, such as watermarks or improper use, will void the guarantee. Minor damages may incur a fee (up to $50).
- Packaging: Adequate packaging must be provided to protect the product during return shipping. If original packaging is unavailable, customers must obtain suitable replacement packaging. Returns damaged due to inadequate protection during shipping will void the guarantee.
- Custom Products: Custom products are subject to additional conditions. Refunds for custom items are only issued if the product is unused and free of wear or tear. Design costs ($200 per item) are non-refundable.
- Stolen Packages: We and our couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are not liable for packages marked as delivered but stolen afterward. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure their package upon delivery.
