Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at thecornholecave@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.

Exceptions
Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective. Any exceptions to our policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
