Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, the product must first be returned and inspected. Once the return criteria are met, we will issue a full refund for any returned items.

  • Free Return Shipping: Provided only if the return is due to a company error (e.g., incorrect item sent) or damage caused during shipping.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to buyer preference or customer error, the buyer must provide their own return label and return the product in its original packaging. If the original box is unavailable, the customer must supply appropriate packaging to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Condition of Returns: Products must be in acceptable condition. Major damages will void the refund guarantee. Minor damages may be accepted with a fee of up to $50.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your financial institution to process the refund.
